Have you ever wondered why we call the arch in “h” a shoulder? The curve of an S- a spine? In my thesis, I push the limits to what has already been anthropomorphized in typface. Inspired by the dynamicism of K-POP choreography, Mome moves with the dancers and communicates itself through the mode of performance.

Mome (Korean for “body”) can be understood as a personified manifestation of typeface, and a celebration of performance, communication, and humankind.
